After more than a half century as an economist in industry as well as academia, Knut Anton Mork has decided to use the occasion of his 80th birthday for a discussion about the foundations of the economics discipline.

- I have benefitted greatly over the years from its basic tenets, but I have also struggled with its shortcomings, which I believe are significant.

On this background, Mork invites to a one-day Symposium at Sentralen, Oslo, May 21st.
